NBA FIT Challenge Results
The NBA FIT Challenge was held on November 7th at Palm Bay Regional Park.
The Challenge
The competition offered youngsters the chance to demonstrate their physical fitness through a time-based fitness course that includes line sprints, jump rope, speed revolutions, wall passes, and defensive shuffles. The challenge tests participants’ speed, strength, agility, and overall physical fitness
